As a sales support coordinator you will support sales and promotional efforts that strengthen the sales department, enhance customer relations, and generate new opportunities.

The role is based in Round Rock, TX office and we enjoy a hybrid work model. While most of your time will be spent in the office, you will be equipped to work between the office and remotely.

This position will require 5% Travel.

What is the role?

• Enter aftermarket parts & service quotations and orders into the company ERP system.
• Release items to procurement and shipping.
• Support aftermarket and capital sales staff with research of part numbers, documents and drawings in company files and databases.
• Develop and enter new part numbers and electronic bills of material BOMs.
• Assist customers with questions regarding order and billing status.
• Enter and update items in company CRM.
• Report and assist in handling QA/QC issues with fabrication, drawings or parts releases.
• Aid with preparation of booking documents for capital and rehab orders.
• Assist with preparation and assembly of document submittals, O&M Manuals and related documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Less than 5% travel is anticipated for this position.

Does this sound like you?

• Associate degree in applied business or engineering and 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work with managers and customers to perform duties which best suit their needs.
• Ability to read and understand industry related documents: Bills of materials, shipping lists, parts quotes, and sales proposals. Experience reading and interpreting engineering, assembly and fabrication drawings is a plus.
• Competency in MS Office Suite and an ERP system. Experience with a CRM, Infor Syteline/CSI10 and Autodesk Vault is preferred.
