The role is based in Mokena, IL facility.

What is the role?

· Responsible for day-to-day shift production at Mokena Alar facility

· Responsible for personnel and performance at the Mokena Alar facility

· Responsible for meeting regulatory requirements at Mokena Alar facility

· Responsible for maintenance of Mokena Alar facility and equipment at the facility.

· Expertise in production of fabricated and assembled equipment produced at Mokena Alar Facility

· Familiarity in QC and safety procedures

· Familiarity with materials control and equipment loading

· Performs all work in accordance with established company procedures

Does this sound like you?

· High School Diploma

· Experience in the Water Treatment industry

· 5-10 years of experience with various aspects of business such as safety, production, marketing, supply, and demand management

· Experience in metal manufacturing, welding, plumbing, and/or electrical fabrication

· Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Proactive problem solver

· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex industry related documents and drawings

· Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing on a technical level. Must have demonstrated interpersonal and customer relations skills

· Ability to make decisions requiring the use of multiple variables in complex non-standard situations

· Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a range of intellectual and practical problems

· Proficiency in Word, Excel

· Familiarity in Autocad and Inventor

· Familiarity with ERP system

· General mechanical aptitude

· Daily walking, lifting, and climbing stairs and equipment

· Able to lift to 25 pounds
